ESPN2 HD?

Why oh why isn't ESPN2 HD being broadcasted over cable!?!? Can anybody say World Cup? I'm so pissed that Columbus doesn't broadcast this channel over cable, but that it does only over DirectTv! I've heard that this channel will be coming sometime, but the World Cup is only every 4 years!!

Dish Network has it as well. Hence the reason why I am switching.

Well its one of the few HD channels I get from D*. Come football season it makes a difference.
