...into an area that can be serviced by WOW! Hense the reason I've been so quiet lately...
Anyway, I weighed the options, and decided on WOW! service and cancelled my TWC service.
What a breath of fresh air.
Really...WOW! HD is quite good. The channel line-up is robust (they even have HGTV-HD...I didn't even know it existed), the customer service was fantastic (so far) and even though the installer was an idiot (HDMI who?), I have it all hooked-up and it's fantastic. Picture quality is just as good as TWC, maybe even better (it's close if not identical). The interface for the DVR is kinda "blah" next to TWC's, but the functionality is the same, so who cares.
Basically...this post was pointless but to say that I've switched to WOW! and am pleased with the service so far...through 4 days....
