For a while I have been unable to tune in to Channels 4,10,34 and 53 on my QAM enabled Happuage tv card. I have time warner as my provider. This evening, I had the line scanned with w_scan (a linux utility program) and that scan generated a file. I then fed that file to another linux utility called scan and it generated a channels file for me.
When I configured MythTV to use this file, I was able to get all of QAM channels back on my computer. It is delightful to be able to do so specially with all the playoffs and sports events going on.
I attach this file for anybody who wants to use it. Hope you enjoy it.
