Silicondust Cable Card - TWC

I just got a Silicondust HDprime cablecard system. I picked up the cablecard from TWC and plugged it in. The TWC national cablecard help desk sees the card and says it has been authorized, but the HDprime hardware says no authorization. Any one else trying to get their HDprime working on TWC? Thanks,

I have been looking at those but have been hesitant to be a first to have. I have the OTA HDHR3 which has worked flawlessly. Hope you get this worked out soon so I can join the club.

I'm setting one up this weekend for my parents HTPC. Hopefully I'll have more success.
