Quick question: I am going between WOW and TW for cable providers and I was planning to go with WOW cause of price and better channel packages. The tech on the phone stated that with the Digital package I would get my HD locals plus STARZ HD with the CABLECARD. In order to get the HD PAK, I had to pay an extra 7.99 (no problem) AND use their HD converter box (extra charge)! The tech is stating that the CABLECARD wont pick up the HD PAK channels. Is there any truth to this? the only thing that would make sense is if WOW is going to two way switching of channels like TW is and the HD PAK channels need to be switched via the box.
