Hey there...
Last night we sat down to watch some recorded shows on our DVR and saw that we had ordered Monsters & Aliens on pay-per-view, twice. As we NEVER order anything on pay-per-view, we were a little upset by the $ indicator next to the name of the movie. We have a puppy who has chewed our remote a bit, and our first thought was that he ordered the show. We found out this morning that isn't the case.
My wife called DirecTV customer service this morning and started to tell them that there were two copies of a movie... The CSR interrupted her and said, with a sigh, "Monsters & Aliens?" She said "Yep!" The CSR told her that DTV had some "technical issues", and if we didn't watch it, we wouldn't be charged for it -- just go ahead and delete it.
So... If you have Monsters & Aliens on your playlist, didn't order it, and don't want to watch it/pay for it, delete it.
Hope this saves somebody a moment of consternation....
