Odd noise

Has anyone else heard a noise like you used to get on a car radio when a car with a bad plug wire pulled up next to you on WOSU OA? It doesn't happen continuously it's intermittent and happens in 1-2 second bursts every minute or so. It's almost Morse code like (.... .. .....)??

I use the antenna, which is in my garage attic, for all the locals but this noise is only on WOSU's 3 channels.
