As of 4AM WBNS DT 10.2 is now broadcasting. I did notice that the EPG now list WBNSDT2 as WBNSTV2.

The video and sound are great.

Is it available yet on TWC? If so, what channel?

Only Wide Open West and Insight are carrying Doppler 10 Now at this time.
