I'm getting basic cable straight from the wall outlet. I'm not getting 6.1, 6.2, 10.2, or 28.1 Probably some others as well, but the 6.1 and the 28.1 are the important ones I'm not getting.

Why is that?

They're there. You probably just need to rescan. TW moved them around a few weeks ago.
