Was there a reason that the 4th (and last) playoff game was not on in HD? There was nothing on Fox Sports HD or the alternate channel. And Sportstime Oh (who may not have the rights to the Jackets, not sure) was showing the Indians game from earlier in the day.

My guess: there is a finite number of HD cameras at every network and I think they deployed them somewhere else for whatever reason.
