I exchange my faulty bedroom HDTV with the same vendor but newer model. When I scanned for channels it picks up RF38.8 and RF38.9? No picture no sound. I do know that UHF channel 38 is the digital signal for WOSU. Does this have anything to do with WOSU, upcoming DTV station, ect. WOSU 34.1 to 34.3 display properly.
