Tivo HD questions

Ever since my series 1 died I have missed my Tivo. Think about jumping back in since TW has the adapter to make the cable cards work with the switched cable.

I have a few questions for those of you using Tivo.

I saw in an older post about a multi stream cable card. Does this exist and does it allow two streams to the Tivo and only pay for one card?

I was looking around TW site and can not find anything. What doe it cost to rent the cable cards?

On Tivos site it mentions being able to share between multiple Tivos. How does that work.

Anyone using the software to move stuff to your computer to watch (Mac specificly).

I guess that is more than a few questions. Thanks for any input

Yes it exists. It works fine with a Tivo HD. I have a Tivo 3 and was told it does not work with the Tivo 3. I have 2 friends who both have a Tivo HD and a single multistream card installed.

$2.50 per month per card.

No experience here either. I've only used TivoToGo to transfer content to a PC.
