The TWCOL web site doesn't list "HD Variety" as an 'upgrade' option, which service tiers get it. Also no mention of an HD DVR.

I was trying to figure out what all the nickels and dimes were from the products and services page. None of the HTDV related links there make any mention of "HD Variety" in relation to what options include it.

You need to order the Digital Variety package. If you order that then you get the HD Variety package included with that cost.
