.2 Network Article

Below is a link to an article in todays Dispatch about the .2 Network. I had heard of this before but didn't realize that is was based here in Columbus. I personally don't want to see more multicasting but can understand the appeal that it would have for some people. I am sad to see that our state and local government has bought into the hype because in my view this concept is a long shot at best.
