OTA Reception worse after FCC delay to June

I can't say I have empirical evidence but my OTA reception was great through the month of January, but as of late, perhaps the last week it has gone down the crapper. My setup has not changed. The same thing seems to have happened to my brother. Is it possible that local stations have cranked back their digital signal with the delay to June? WTTE and WSYX are the most notably different.

Setup: Roof Mounted ChannelMaster CM-3020, HD HomeRun Tuner, Using EyeTV on Mac, 22" Envision HDTV.

I've not noticed a reception problem so I haven't really noticed my signal strength on those stations. We watched most of American Idol last night on WTTE without any issues.

But, from past history, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Sinclair is messing with the signal strength. When I used a small indoor antenna I used to see big fluctuations. 90 one day, 77 the next, back to 90, etc. Now with my db2 in the attic I get 100 on just about every channel.
