Problem With CNNHD, Or TWC Equipment?

I just got TWC cable service installed yesterday evening. Later last night I tried to go to CNNHD and all I got was a black screen. Then when I would go to another channel, it would take several seconds to go to that channel. Hopping from other channels was much faster, but not only could I not access CNNHD, but it also seemed to be slow leaving that channel. Anyone have this problem?

Not here. If it persists, try rebooting the box (preferably a cold reboot).

My NBC HD was a black screen, and a 'cold reboot' (I believe Rob said 30 seconds for that, I went with 5 minutes while I cleaned the house) solved that problem and seemed to make my box run a little more stable.

I never noticed an audio delay when I had my HDMI cable ran from DVR to TV, and a Coaxial cable running from DVR to receiver. But recently I got a better receiver, and it has HDMI pass through, so I rerouted my DVR thru the receiver and removed the coaxial audio. Now, when I switch HD channels, there is a slight pause before the audio starts up. The video is immediate. It's something I immediately noticed... but also something I will never care about.

might be signal loss
