Just guessing, but I would say it's probably a 50/50 chance that any of these sports packages will made available in HD in 2009. I'm sure they will add them as soon as they possibly can, since it will encourage more customers to pay for these optional channels if they can get them in HD.

600 - 609 NBA League Pass
621 - 630 NHL Center Ice
641 - 650 MLB Extra Innings
661 - 666 ESPN Game Plan/Full Court
681 - 684 MLS Direct Kick

Same goes for the Premium extra channels like HBO2, ShowToo, etc...
