HD Signal out?

Is anyone else having some HD issues on FOX 28.1? I have Dish and all my other channels are coming in great! Fox SD is fine but the HD channel shows nothing; a black screen it says no signal. But when i go to the signal page it shows it at 91% signal. and i have tried to rescan the channels but no change. I have the 722 DVR.

I'm also not receiving 28-1 over the air. Anyone know if digital is being broadcast?

I've been having issues with my vip 622. I'll lose all OTA channels. It's happened twice now in the last 2 or 3 weeks. I have to do a rescan to get them back. My bet is that it's a software bug with the 622 and the 722.

I watched some of the World Series last night on 28-1 OTA on my DTV HR20-700S. I had a fine signal down here near Lancaster.
