Hello

Is there any way to watch the sub channels through a cable box (I have TW), or is it only avalable OTA?

TW shows all the subchannels as other channels. They have NBC's weather channel, all the PBS stations, and they'll add channels for CBS when they multicast the NCAA tournament.
