WSYX and FOX-28 missing from basic cable?

Have WSYX and FOX-28 done something with their HD signal on Time Warner's basic cable? As of yesterday, I can get nothing on the 110.1 or 110.2 channels that were showing these loud and clear a few days ago. Channel search doesn't find them either.

Not that Fox is any great loss, but I am curious about why this happened.

Looks like they got reassigned to 78-1, 78-2, & 78-3. I wonder why.
