All day, whenever I hit the guide button it just says "Loading Data" and I can't change channels. 3 boxes all doing the same thing. TW has rebooted everything a few times but can't figure it out. I was just wondering how wide spread it is.

It's getting worse. Changing channels now takes between 5-10 seconds for each channel and I can't even see what's on. Everything says "Loading Data". The TW rep thinks they might have sent out a new update. Man I hate being a ginny pig.

I just got home from work and noticed the same thing. I tried to reboot but now I can't even get the digital to boot. Its just analog now.
It better be fixed before the Browns play at 7:30pm.

TNTHD isn't working for me either. HistoryHD isn't suppose to be on till Friday but the guide is showing the listings for DiscoveryHD as HistoryHD. Someone must have miss typed.
At least the guide is back up. I kept telling them it wasn't my system. Of course they never believe me since I work from home and spot the problems early in the day before everyone else gets home and starts calling..
hmm 5,000 calls coming in for the same problem. Maybe it isn't the user.. Maybe our cable TV does suck.

Now that the PGA Championship coverage is over for the day, TNT HD works

I do see HistoryHD now, but I still don't see DiscoveryHD. Maybe this is the issue with the guides today. They are probably pushing out new channel info and for some reason aren't doing it in the middle of the night like they usually do.

No problems with the guide when I got home tonite around 6:45pm. Updates to Navigator are usually 'version dependent.' I've got an 8300HD running MDN. I'd be curious to know if those that had guide problems tonite have 8300HDC's with ODN, or another model.
I found History HD in the guide tonite, but no program listings and the channel said it was not available. Hopefully all the new channels will be 'live' tomorrow (Friday).

If you look, two of the people who posted have 8300HD in their signitures; so it has to be MDN.

Everything came back last night and a tech called me today to let me know it was a software glitch.
