How come FOX isn't showing an early game today? The Cleveland/Indie game on CBS isn't even in HiDef, but at least they're showing a game. This is the first year in the last 4-5 that I haven't had Sunday Ticket, but I guess I'll need to rethink that as NFL coverage on our local channels hasn't been much to stay home and watch so far this year.

Only one network carries a doubleheader each week. Last week it was CBS's turn. Next week it is Fox's turn. It's not necesssarily every other week. For example, during the World Series, CBS has back to back doubleheaders because Fox shows baseball.
Usually there are 2 games at 1:00 and 1 game at 4:15. The afilliate without the doubleheader, however, can choose to show the 4:05 game instead of the 1:00 game. That is what WTTE did last week. They felt showing the Dallas-San Francisco game opposite the Steelers would draw a larger audience than showing the Tampa Bay-Green Bay game opposite the Browns. I would have to agree with their logic.
Here are the probable doubleheader games each week. They are the games shown to most of the country, but they may not necessarily be shown in Columbus, especially if the Browns, Bengals, or Steelers play at 4:15 on the same network. They all start at 4:15. Late games on the network without the doubleheader start at 4:05.
Sept. 11 Dallas at San Diego (FOX)
Sept. 18 Cleveland at Green Bay (CBS)
Sept. 25 New England at Pittsburgh (CBS)
Oct. 2 Dallas at Oakland (FOX)
Oct. 9 Philadelphia at Dallas (FOX)
Oct. 16 New England at Denver (CBS)
Oct. 23 Denver at New York Giants (CBS)
Oct. 30 Philadelphia at Denver (FOX)
Nov. 6 Pittsburgh at Green Bay (CBS)
Nov. 13 Green Bay at Atlanta (FOX)
Nov. 20 New York Jets at Denver (CBS)
Nov. 27 Green Bay at Philadelphia (FOX)
Dec. 4 New York Jets at New England (CBS)
Dec. 11 Kansas City at Dallas (CBS)
Dec. 18 Philadelphia at St. Louis (FOX)
Dec. 25 Chicago at Green Bay (FOX)
Jan. 1 Seattle at Green Bay (FOX)

I didn't realize only one station did the doubleheader each week. Like I said before, this is the first year in a while I haven't had Sunday Ticket. I wish DirecTV hadn't jacked up the price so much on it, because the more I live without it, the more I wish I still had it.

Speaking of the Sunday Ticket; I just received a letter from DirecTV stating that I would receive a $99 credit for the Super Fan and a free D10 receiver. Apparently there are a lot of people upset about the Super Fan's extra pricetag in which for the most part, unless you have the proper receiver doesn't do you any good--so they're offering a settlement :P

I think two different letters went out about this (at least according to avsforum) But wasn't the credit for only $49?

Since I was a first time subscriber, I paid the full $99 for SF, while prior subscribers paid received a $49 credit.
