I recently lost just WBNS-DT from my receiver's channel memory. Others have had similar problems in the past, maybe with a different station. A rescan fails to correct the problem.

But the fix is very simple for this apparently common problem. Remove the antenna, scan again. No stations found. Then replace the antenna and scan again. All will be fixed.

I have a Polaroid LCD HDTV. I disconnected the antenna and rescanned, and zero channels were found. I then reconnected the antenna and scanned again. All of the channels reappeared. However, certain channels such as PBS 1,2, and 3 show up as RF38.1 instead of 34.1. I also no longer have access to the program guide (PSIP?). When I first bought the tv the program guide worked fine for all channels. Now it only works for certain ones...I think the ones that are actually broadcast on those channels, ie 28.1, etc. I have another HDTV made by olivia and it has no problem with the PSIP. Does any one have any other ideas of what to try? Thanks for your help.
