Net TV with QAM tunner

I am thinking of buying a second TV that has a QAM tunner in it. If I hook it up to the Time Warner cable without a set top box what channels could I expect to get?
And how would switched digital affect it.

You'll get the retransmissions of all the locals plus a few odd cable channels they don't encrypt for some reason, such as Universal HD and ESPN2HD.

switched digital will make your QAM tuner practically useless for any channels that use it. Whether the currently unencrypted channels will be in the category is unknown.
