I live in Dublin near Hayden Run and Cosgray.

If I purchase a Terk HDTVi for my basement, should I get good reception of the locals?

I recently switched from Time Warner to Dish when I moved and it is killing me not having the locals in hi-def.

I used an TERK OTA in my basement with great results, the CW was the only local I did not get.

I am going to give the Terk a try. I just ordered it online and will post my results in a few days!

I got the Terk HDTVi and its great! $27 w/ free shipping on Amazon.

I have the thing in my basement and hidden inside my tv stand... I get 85% or greater signal on all the major network locals with the exception of ABC which hovers around 82%. CBS is the strongest and hovers around 93%.

I moved my antenna because every time someone walked in the room my signal cut out. I now have the antenna in the laundry room in the basement and mounted it high on the wall.

I get the 4 major networks all in the mid-90% range now. FOX and WOSU come in around 80% with no cut-outs.
