lip synch issues with direct tv

Have had my Direct since Friday and am noticing a lot of HD channels with lip synch issues. Is there an easy fix for this or something I should try? It can actually become a little annoying.

I'll admit, I haven't watched any SD channels, since the reason I got the satellite was for HD.

Do you have the HD DVR or Regular HD unit?

For DVR: I just hit pause and play once or twice and it seems to help. Plus when I went to Fiber Optic for my sound to my Surround Sound it helped. You can also mess with the delays on your surround sound until you notice an improvement.

Are than any particular stations you notice it more?

I am sure some others may have some better advice.
