10/15 Heroes / Journeyman

I was watching Heroes and Journeyman last night, and the last 10 minutes of Heroes and just a little bit during the first part of journeyman was filled with glitches. I'm trying to figure out if the problem was with my TWCol box, the TWCol feed, or if it was with WCMH. My guess is that it was originating with WCMH, because the picture dropped to a letterboxed 4:3 after the problems kept happening.

Anyone else see this on MOnday?

My wife noted those same glitches on Heroes, which she watched OTA in real time. WCMH did virtually all of Sunday night's football game in SD.

I saw the same glitches in the last 10 or so minutes of Heroes -- it would go wacky for a few minutes, then drop down to letterbox 720{p,i?}, then back to wacky again. I thought it might have had to do with the fact that I was recording two shows over the satellite AND Heroes at the same time, plus the fact that I was down to about 10% left of recording space.

Glad to hear it was WCMH, not my equipment! ;)

Yup I noticed it. It started around the 55 minute mark when Claire was talking to her dad about where she was that night. My standard def recording on my Tivo Series 2 was ok. I assume WCMH tried switching to the standard def feed when the HD feed started glitching. I didn't watch Journeyman yet.

I watched Chuck this evening via OTA on my Dish ViP 722 box. About halfway through the show I started seeing the same blockiness breakup like last week. Then they switched over to the SD signal shortly for a while before switching back to the HD feed. Was the rain messing up their HD satellite feed?

I had the same problems this evening (and last week as well). It only seems to be NBC hi-def. It SUCKS though! It happened to me last week with Journeyman and Heroes. I've been watching the ends of the episodes on NBC's website. Only problem is, now its not working and I can't get through Heroes!

This also happened to me the last 2 weeks during Heroes. Last week I thought my box just screwed up, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Happened to me too watching the DVRed Heroes, I have Wide Open West.

... well, it is not just Heroes. I've seen the same problems with other NBC shows - like Bionic Woman. So it affects other days/times as well.
