Question 1: Since I'm from northern WV, and my wife's from Pittsburgh, we'd rather get Fox Sports Pittsburgh than Fox Sports (Cincinnati/Ohio) with our DirecTV subscription. Is it possible to trade the FS-OH channels for FS-PGH? If so, how much does it cost?

Question 2: I watched most of the Reds/Pirates doubleheader last night on Fox Sports Cincinnati. The announcers kept saying it was being broadcast in HD, but it obviously wasn't. I went thru the guide to see if it was listed as another channel in the HD filter, but it wasn't. Does DirecTV provide the Fox HD feeds, or is that something that will appear when they open up their >100 HD channels this fall?

RLW -

For question 1, FSN Pittsburgh is available in our market if you subscribe to the Sports Pack:

Sports Pack Info (http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/packProg/channelChart2.jsp?assetId=1100069)

Availability Checker (http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageIF.jsp?assetId=P3000004)

For question 2, DirecTV is set to launch a lot of new HD channels in September, but I think regional FSN-HD is slated for later in the fall.

Scott,

Thanks for the quick reply -- and for answering my questions...

Also, sometimes you will get the Reds HD broadcast on ch 94 or 95 right now until D* opens up more HD content.

Be aware of some black outs with some of the local team on the Pittsbugh FSN too. You may get the sports pack, but black out rules do take a effect.
