Hey guys who have migrated from my old site!

Sorry but it deosn't look like things are going to work out there. The time has come to move on.......


I'll be playing a much lesser role here, but I'll still be there to poke around and bash WSYX/WTTE when ever it's warrented :twisted:


Thanks for every thing you guys did over at .org It was fun while it lasted. I'm glad to see some familiar faces around here, and some new ones as well. Lets all give a big hand to this site and those whom have worked hard to get it up and running!

If I would have had an email for Jon or Nakedeye then I would have offered to set up a site at home also. I'm just glad there's finaly something up and running again. Having all the info from the other site was great. Such as being able to call the engineering offices at the local station when there's a problem.

Big ups to y'all for the new site. It's a shame that the old site died the way it did, but it looks like we've moved on to a new and improved site... featuring women! I always knew the ladies love the HDTV. Hell, my wife married me for my TV!

Anyhoo, a quick suggestion: I really liked the "Active Topics" on the old site. can we get it started here?

Also, for you fans of the old site, I have kept my location as "Neutral Zone", but really I live in Clintonville.

Also, during my research and shopping, my wife was fairly ambivalent to the whole widescreen/HD scene. But after a little over a month now, she said last night "I really like the HD programs, I can tell a big difference (uh....DUH!) when is all TV going to be HD".

Although we do not have an "Active Topics" link, we do have a "View posts since last visit" link under the search area in the top right corner:

This is a similar tool. If we find that this doesn't serve the community well, we will look into scripting an active topics link.

Howdy Gang. Hallelujah...great to see this site up and running. Really missed the old site. Hey Jon..are you here? Why was it decided not to bring org back up?
I found this site by going to AVS Forum and seeing info about it there.
A little update about me. I will have plenty of time the next few weeks to peruse the site...assuming I am up to it. You see, I am recovering from cancer. Had surgery 8/29, and am currently undergoing radiation therapy. Tends to make me nauseous and tired.
Anyway, enough rambling...really excited to see this site up...I missed you guys. Looks like I will have to join NakedEye in the rant against WSYX/WTTE like the old days...lol.
