<br />How much do we love <a
href="http://www.engadget.com/search/?q=VIIV">VIIV</a>-based Media Center excess? We love it lots and lots, so <a
href="http://www.engadget.com/search/?q=Ricavision">Ricavision</a> gets a gold star for bringing joy to our faces and
lots of juicy specs to the table with their new Plix Extria. Ranging in price form $3000 to $5000, the Extria packs in
up to 2.5TB of storage, but at CES they were showing off a 1.2TB version, which was holding four 300GB SATA HDDs. The
box was powered by a Dual Core Pentium D 3.2 Extreme Edition, had an Intel VIIV 975 ATX chipset, a 7800GT 256MB
graphics card from NVIDIA, 2GB of RAM and tuners galore: dual NTSC, 2 S-Video in ports, and an ATSC tuner, with a free
upgrade available to <a

CableCard support once it starts shipping.<br /><br />[Via <a href="http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=28923">The
