How's it goin Columbus? Enjoying WBNS news? Out here in Philly we have two stations doing HD news, WPVI (abc) and KYW (cbs). The abc broadcast is 720p studio shots only. feild cams are wide screen 480i with a few 720p down converts to 480i (due to the fcc regs right now on microwave broadcasts). CBS however is 1080i and not only is their studio HD, but all of their field cams are HD. Now that being said, all live shots are 1080->480>1080 due to the fcc regs, but all taped segments in any story is HD. FREAKING AWESOME.

It rocks hard core. Sadly I can't get it in my apartment complex.

I do love screwing around with it at work. We have a set up in the upstairs of my co and it kicks ass.

Comcast is actually really great for hd. sd sucks like any other provider, but the hd can't be beat.

AT&T has been laying a lot of fiber all over town, I wouldn't been surprised if they roll out something in the next six months.
