OSU/MSU Flickering Picture

Anyone else watching the game on 10.1? I see wavy lines at the bottom of the screen and the picture flickers. It's worse when scores are being shown at the bottom. Picture is great during commercials. SD and HD commercials are both fine.

This happens a lot on CBS college basketball. It is always losing focus. I'm not sure what the problem is, but this was going on last year too.

seems like whenever anyone takes a picture the bright light makes the picture lose focus, i knew it was the source and not my TV. I turned noise reduction off to see if that would help but it did not. I see bad flickering on Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, if anyone else has noticed..
