I was rooting around the web this afternoon and found the link to here. If any of the group has any questions of, or about, WCMH HD service, I'll be here. Since I last conversed with you, we have completed our high power upgrade. We now stand at 902,000watts. We had some issues achieving this though. At one point I was sure our transmitter was installed on top of a sacred burial ground. The problems just didn't stop. However, we finally had success. :P
In addition PSIP time is "dead nuts" accurate now.
Sorry the other site was hacked. Obviously, someone has too much time on their hands. A jog around the 270 outerbelt should take the sand out of them.
Thanks for the site!

Glad you found us, and welcome to the forum. We are really trying to get this thing off of the ground. We just launched late last week. By the way the Notre Dame/Mich. St. game looked great yesterday and thanks for the update on the upgrade!

I also wanted to thank you for starting the site. The HDcolumbus.org site always kept me informed and it is nice that you are trying to do the same here w/ the new site. Hey virgil, you ever think of getting a new job over at WSYX or WTTE? I hate the drop outs in audio and video, maybe you can get that ship straightened! lol!!!

It great to hear about the power upgrade! NBC has been very consistent for me, which is obviously not the case with other stations at times.

I too am glad to see that NBC has always been available for its HD customers as well as providing us with updates. Thanks! And the Michigan State/Notre Dame looked awesome.

I must be the only one becuase I thought the game looked HORRIBLE! lots of macro-blocking, it looked like a poor 16x9 480i local feed over the D* dish. It was amazingly bad.
