Dish Net VIP-622 HD/No HDMI Output

My VIP-622 HD has no HDMI output. I contacted Dish tech support and they said it is a known problem and will be fixed with a software update, but they said they can't say when.

Are any other 622 users having HDMI problems? My original 622 had HDMI. They sent me a replacement to try to fix the famous WCMH ota problem. The replacement box not only didn't help the WCMH problem, but now I have no HDMI.

I still have the 622 that I received when they first became available and my HDMI has always worked. There have been many problems with the unit that were corrected with software upgrades. There were also some problems that were created because of software upgrades. But HDMI connectivity has not been an issue for me. Now, as for the WCMH signal.....
