ok, i finally got everything setup. I live in delaware, and here's my ota signal strengths with a dish 611:
4 - 88
6 - 97
10 - 100
28 - 88
34 - 100
51 - 91
53 - 74
Here's my setup:
Attic: a $50 old-style antenna from radio shack w/ $10 amp from wal-mart
roof: a $100 winegard ss-2000 w/ amp that came with it
basement: i used a uhf/vhf separator to split the signal from the roof antenna to only use the uhf (14-up) signal since it doesn't do real well with vhf. i used another separator to only use the vhf signal from the antenna in the attic. i used a third separator to combine the 2 signals.
everything looks very good, and no hint of multipath issues since putting the ss-2000 on the roof. this is assuming that channel 4 will get their issues fixed with their new amplifiers. hopefully this will help those that have been having the same ota issues i've had.
