It deals with whats going to give me the best looking picture. Right now its HDMI (H20 D*) to the TV's DVI. Picture is ok but I have seen best pq at CC, BB than on my set at home. The set has been ISF Cal, but still I think the picture should be better. The question is would component cable work better? I have read some post that say that component cables work better for these CRT based TVs. Would like input and what others have experienced.

That's what I have read in a couple of places. I will say one thing, it does have better color that the Sammy 61" dlp up in the great room, but the focus on sammy is much better. I am just trying to get the focus or sharpness better.
