The VOOM HD package was dropped by DishNetwork last summer (2008).

The Bronze, Silver, and Gold TurboHD packages are available as stand-alone products for new customers. Subscribers to America's Top 100 (Bronze), Top 200 (Silver), Top 250 (Gold), and America's Everything (Gold) SD packages can add the respective HD package to their service for an additional $10/mos.

The Platinum TurboHD package can be added to any HD package for an additional $10/mos. The Platimum HD pkg is not available as a stand-alone product and cannot is only available in conjuction with one of the base HD packages.

Additionally, multiple HD premium channels are also currently available:
HBO - 8 HD channels
Cinemax - 4 HD channels
Showtime - 1 HD channel
Starz/Encore - 6 HD channels

Locals: The 4 major Columbus network affiliates (NBC, ABC, CBS, & Fox) are expected to be available from DishNetwork in HD in Febuary 2009.

FoxNews HD and FoxBusinessNews HD were added by Dish this week.

Dish also dropped (at least temporarily) the Smithsonian channel from their Platinum HD package, and replaced it with Crime & Investigation.
