Howard Stern on Demand (and in HD!)

Looks like Howard Stern's on Demand channel went live. It is in HD too. Time Warner Columbus doesn't have it yet. Any idea when or if it will be available?

"I have checked with our Marketing Department and have been told we will
be adding this service during the first quarter of next year. No exact
date at this time."
