i have HD dvr service on two tv in the house (SA8300HD box) Last night about 6:30 both tv's flashed a message that the software was being updated and not to unplug the box during this update. every thing went fine both boxes rebooted and worked fine, then about 15 minutes later the same thing happened again. this time not so successful. its been 12 hrs and the boxes are both not operating all that is displayed where the time should be is r--- . Called WOW and the people on the phone could not help, didnt even know what i was talking about, today a tech is supposed to be out and check the boxes, but since the same thing happened to both boxes i assume the problem is a software one. any one else going through this ?
