Anyone have WOW? Opinions?

I am thinking of dumping TW for ABC and Fox.

Has anyone already done that? What are your opinions of WOW after TW? What HD DVR do they use? Two tuner? Better or worse than the SA8300HD?

I've heard that the HD picture quality is not as good? Any truth to that?

I'd love some reassurance before I make the switch.

I have had WOW service for about a year now, i have HD dvr service on two tv in the house and love it, they use the SA8300HD box but i understand the software is not the same, i switched to wow from Insight, their box was awful, would lock up and have to be reset all the time. as far as picture quality, i have no complaints there either.

I have had WOW for more than 3 years with very few problems. Of course I only have basic analog cable and cable modem service, so there's not too much they could mess up.

I will say that the downsides I've found are:

No unencrypted QAM feeds of local stations. If you want HD from WOW you have to pay.
The PQ of the analog local stations is poor, due to the locals being assigned to the same channel they broadcast on. I can see ghosting on 4, 6, and 10.
You do have to keep one eye on the bill. I bought my own cable modem when they started adding a rental charge to use theirs, and about a year later the rental charge came back. They removed it again after a call, but still...
Upsides are:

Very few outages of TV or internet
$5 discount if you work at OSU
Even without the OSU discount, the monthly bill is still less than TW for comparable service.
